Adrian "Sip" James Knick of Watertown passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Park Ridge of Marquardt at the age of 84. He was born on August 13, 1933 the son of the late Curtis and Meta (Meitner) Knick. Skip lived his entire life in Watertown. He enjoyed his life as a bachelor, avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his horses; breeding them, raising them and riding competitively. He was employed as a tool maker and retired from Brandt, Inc. after 41 years. Skip was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the National Rifle Association and Pheasants Forever. Adrian is survived by his best friends Sue Shaw, Janie Lenius, Eddie and Diane Meyers; cousin Dee Henderson; other relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at St. Henry Catholic Church with Father Patrick Wendler as celebrant. Friends may call after 10:00 AM on Wednesday at the church until the time of Mass. Burial will be in St. Henry Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences can be sent to www.watertownwifuneralhome.com. If desired, memorials may be made to the church or the charity of one's choice. The Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family.
