Barbara Palmer

PALMER, BARBARA L. WATERTOWN Barbara L. Palmer, age 80, passed away on Friday August 1, 2014 , at her home. Barbara Louise Anderson was born on January 17, 1934 in Hugoton, Kansas, the daughter of Fred and Dorothy (Olinger) Anderson. On January 19, 1956, she married Russell Palmer in California. She had been employed in the housekeeping department at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. Barbara was always very kind, sweet and generous to her friends and family, she was everyone's earth angel. Barbara is survived by her husband Russell, their daughter Charlotte Palmer, grandchildren Mike, Jamie and Joshua, great grandchildren Lalea, Miguel, Joshua II and Joseph, two brothers Larry (Velda) Anderson and Dwayne Anderson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Anderson. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 6:00 PM at Marquardt Chapel with Rev. Ray Bezansen officiating. Family and friends may call on Monday after 5:00 PM at the chapel. Barbara will be interred near her parents in Hugoton, Kansas.
