Colleen Sorcic

SORCIC,  COLLEEN  A.  WATERTOWN   Colleen A. Sorcic, age 86, passed away on Thursday February 4, 2016 at the Golden Living Center.   Colleen Andrea Haines, was born on April 27, 1929 in Mount Sterling, WI, the daughter of Charles and Margarite (Paulson) Haines. On February 24, 1954, she married Wilbert Sorcic in Dubuque, Iowa and he preceded her in death on December 4, 2006.   Colleen was the eternal optimist, one of the "Can Do Gals" of the 1950's. She loved to bake and spend time with her family and friends.  Colleen is survived by children John (Debbie) Sorcic, Donna (Rick) Wenzel, Richard (Christine) Sorcic, David (Belva) Sorcic abd Jeffrey (Judith) Sorcic, grandchildren Matthew, Blake, Grant and Austin, great grandchildren Everly, Kara and Lydia, a brother James (Linda) Haines, a sister Rose Mary Vervooren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is further preceded in death by her parents and three brothers Harry, Gregory and Roderick Haines and a sister Bernice Weiser.  A family Celebration Of Life will be held at a later date.
