NORMAN,  DEBRA  JEAN  "DEB" MARSHALL   Debra Jean "Deb" Norman (Halberslaben), age 56, her spirit left this Earth on Tuesday December 27, 2016. Deb was born on May 26, 1960 in St. Paul, MN, to Richard and Dorothy (Linberg) Norman. She is a member of the Lakota Sioux Tribe and her Indian name is Sun-Shari, which means Sun-Sky-Stars and Moon. Deb is very proud of her native American Heritage. She grew up in Minnesota, met John and came to Wisconsin in 1998 where she became part of another family, the C. C. Riders. She loved her brothers and sisters of the C. C. Riders and they loved her back. Deb was a wonderful woman with a wonderful heart, she loved all animals, motorcycling, camping and hanging with her friends. She collected all things Native American, including hummingbirds and dragonflies. She also loved giving to others, she would be out shopping and see something a friend would like and she would buy it for them. Deb also liked to decorate John and her home in Marshall, especially for Christmas. She became Deb Halberslaben on September 5, 2015 and she is survived by her husband John, a fur daughter Kota who went everywhere with her, a brother Jim, a step daughter Jess (Jeron) and a step granddaughter Jira, plus many nieces and nephews. Deb is preceded in death by her parents Richard "Dick" and Dorothy "Kitty", a brother John a sister Tonya Tookie, plus many other family members and friends. Deb loved that her nieces and nephews reentered her life, she enjoyed each and every visit. A Celebration of Deb's Life will be on Saturday December 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Marshall Baptist Church, 133 W. Main Street Marshall, with Pastor Tom Rose officiating. A visitation and luncheon will follow at the C. C. Riders Clubhouse 1325 Parkside Dr. Madison, WI.
