Florence Schubert

SCHUBERT, FLORENCE E. WATERTOWN Florence E. Schubert, age 93, passed away on Wednesday December 15, 2010 at Marquardt Memorial Manor, with her family by her side. Funeral services will be on Monday at 11 AM at St. Henry Catholic Church with Father Brian Wilk officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Family and friends may call on Monday from 9:30 AM to 11 AM at the church. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service is serving the family. Online condolences may be left at watertownwifuneralhome.com. Florence E. Mueller was born on August 19, 1917 in Watertown the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Kwapil) Mueller. She attended St. Henry Grade School and was a 1935 graduate of Watertown High School. On October 27, 1948 she married George Schubert at St. Henry Catholic Church, he preceded her in death on February 1, 1997. She had been employed at the former Bentzins Grocery Store. Florence was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, Catholic Knights Branch #120, Christian Mothers and Altar Confraternity and she had volunteered for the Red Cross Blood Bank. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. Survivors include her daughters Marylyn (Robert) Bork of Watertown and Christine (Bruce) Parrish of Watertown, a son Tom (Cindy) Schubert of Watertown, five grandchildren Brian, Stacy and Kelly Bork and Chad, Collinand Cameron Parrish, a great grandchild Madalyn Bork, nieces ,nephews, other relatives and friends. She was further preceded in death by her parents.
