Hilda Campbell

Hilda V. (Kastner) Campbell, of Watertown, Wisconsin, passed away on February 10, 2013 at Rainbow Hospice Center of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. She was born in Mexico, Missouri on May 17, 1930 to Henry E. and Hilda P. (Loesch) Kastner, who precede her in death. A Hannibal resident since the age of 3, she was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, attended St. John's Lutheran school, graduated from Hannibal High School in 1948, and worked at Southwestern Bell, first as a telephone operator, and then as a business manager. She married Robert D. Campbell, of Hannibal in 1951, who passed away in 2006. Also preceded in death are sisters, Margaret Davis of Malden, Missouri, Elizabeth Menzel of Columbia, Missouri, and brother, Robert Kastner of Springfield, Missouri. Survived by two children, daughter Nancy Campbell-Pierce of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and son David Campbell of Wentzville, Missouri, as well as 3 grandchildren; Alex, Kaity and Abbie Campbell. Visitation will be held at GrandView Chapel, Hannibal, MO on Saturday, February 16, 2013. Memorials can be made to the Charity of your choice in her name. Charity of the donor's choice.
