Jerry Allen Jevens, newborn son of Jordan and Quinn (Mosher) Jevens, died on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago. He was born on September 9, 2017 at the St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. Jerry will be deeply missed by his parents, Jordan and Quinn of Belleville; his grandparents, Regina (Brent) Mosher of Marshall, Jami (Ben) Weis of Pardeeville, Christopher Jevens of New Lisbon; aunts and uncles, Corissa (Michael Uselmann) Mosher of Belleville, Ashli (Jordan) Volk of Baraboo; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Hart-Vick Funeral Home, 107 S. Beebe Street, Marshall, WI 53559.
