Josephine Webb

July 2, 1936 — June 26, 2016

Josephine Webb 7/2/1936 to 6/26/2016 I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. The prize awaits me, the crown of righteousness that my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will give me on the day of His return. Josephine E. Webb (nee Kelliher), 79, of Watertown, WI, received her wings peacefully on Sunday, June 26th 2016 with her family by her side. She is the daughter of the late Harvey and Elizabeth Kelliher of Waukesha, WI. She is predeceased by the love of her life, Roderick James "Duke", whom she married in 1957, as well as a son, William, a daughter, Catherine, and her brother, Charles "Chip" Kelliher. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are her children: Susan (Reber), Kevin, Edward, and Josephine (Zak), as well as her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Siblings include two sisters, two brothers, and numerous extended family and friends. Josephine was a beautiful woman, both inside and out and loved by all who knew her. She was a kind and generous, loyal and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. A woman of deep faith that enabled her to face the challenges during her life with strength and dignity. She lived her life according to Matt 5:16, as evidenced by her family and friends and her memory will be forever cherished by those blessed to have known and loved her. The family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the staff of Heritage Lutheran Home and Rainbow Hospice of Watertown, WI for their kindness and loving care during these last years. Our beautiful mother will be greatly missed but we know that she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we are assured we will be with her in heaven. A celebration of her life will begin with a service on July 7, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Christ King Catholic Church, 2604 N. Swan Blvd, Wauwatosa, WI. A private internment service will take place at a future date with the family. For our Watertown family and friends, we will be hosting a memorial at our Watertown home on Sunday July 24th from 2 pm to 4 pm. For those planning on attending, please call Ed @ 414-416-6667 for more information.
