Joyanne Thiery

Joyanne "Josie" R. Thiery, 64, of Watertown died on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Marquardt Manor following a lingering illness. She was born on November 18, 1952 in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Raymond and Waltraut (Guenther) Thiery. She had been a housekeeper for Marquardt Manor for 15 years. Josie was a very happy and kind person. She loved to volunteer and would help anyone who asked. She enjoyed doing cross-stitch, arts and crafts, and reading especially Harry Potter and Stephen King. Survivors include her sister at heart, Sue Baumann, brother at heart, Steve (Wanda) Baumann; family and friends, Sean and Melissa Evans, Alice and Amelia Evans. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Marquardt Chapel with services to follow at 4:00 PM. The services will be conducted by Pastor Nick Slater. On-Line condolences for the family may be left on this site. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 500 Welsh Road, Watertown is assisting the family.
