Joyce Wolf

Joyce A. Wolf age 89 gladly gave up this life for the hope of eternal life in the presence of the Lord on Friday, October 12, 2018 at her home in Beaver Dam. Schumtzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Watertown is assisting the family. She was born on August 2, 1929 in Uniondale, IN to Ervin and Clella (Meyers) Elzey. Joyce attended Marion College. She was married to Howard Wolf September 13, 1950 in Jonesboro, IN. She was hospitable, caring, kind and loving. She enjoyed cooking and baking for others. She loved her family well. She loved Jesus and dedicated her life to Him. Her life was a life well lived. Survivors include her husband Howard of Beaver Dam; a daughter Gloria (Ron) Luepke of Watertown; a son Leon (Jan) Wolf of Stevens Point; two grandchildren Dan (Aimee) Wolf of Oostburg and Krysta (Peter) Wetzel of Deerfield; nine great grandchildren: Benjamin, Marianna, Liam and Chase Wetzel and Nathan, Abigail, Hannah, Aaron and Elizabeth Wolf; two brothers Richard (Bonnie) Elzey of Fort Wayne, IN and Jerry (Eva) Elzey of Yuma, AZ; a sister Karen (John) Hayes of Berlin, PA; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. A gathering will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at WATERTOWN COMMUNITY CHURCH, 106 E. Madison Street, Watertown. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 A.M., with Leon Wolf, officiating. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Fragrant Oil Ministries.
