Mary K. Hodan

Mary K. Hodan, 57 of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on July 8, 2024, at her home.

Mary was born on February 21, 1967, in West Allis, the daughter of Lawrence and Katherine (Hamele) Hodan. She attended Watertown High School. Being outside in nature was one of Mary’s favorite pastimes, and she was an avid fisherman. Mary’s nickname was “Hodie Do” and her favorite color was purple. She loved music, especially Joan Jett, and would always dance along to whatever she was playing. Mary could make friends where ever she went. She will be dearly missed by those that she leaves behind.

Mary is survived by: son Anthony (Megan Haas) Hodan of Fort Atkinson, WI; sisters Shelby (Will) Fox of Virginia Beach, VA, Lori (Glenn) Lassanske of Watertown, WI, and Angel (Trevor) O’Brien of Overland Park, KS; and best friend Paula Kaulback.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents.
