Michael Barnes

BARNES, MICHAEL J. WATERTOWN Michaerl J. Barnes, age 52, passed away on Sunday June 12, 2011 at Watertown Regional Medical Center. Michael was born on August 22, 1958, in Fort Atkinson, the son of Robert and Dorothy (Wuestenberg) Barnes. On May 22, 2003 , he married the former Judith Mommaerts. He was a graduate of Watertown High School and was employed by Silgan Container in Oconomowoc. Survivors include his wife Judith, his mother Dorothy Schoenfeld of Watertown, a daughter Heather Barnes of Blue Island, IL; step daughters Angela Demetropoulas of Lombard, IL and Alyssia Demetropoulas of Marshall; grandchildren Alexander, Annabella and Andre Caratacher, Alek, Steffan, Keilan and Ajia Demetropoulas and Nasya Jackson; a sister Kathy (Ken) Henze of Watertown. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Barnes and his step father Jeane Schoenfeld. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later time. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family.
