Ronald Hemiller

HEMILLER,  RONALD,  C.                         WATERTOWN    Ronald C. Hemiller, age 70, passed away on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee. Ronald C. Hemiller was born on July 30, 1946 in Watertown, South Dakota, the son of Lester and Velva (Meenk) Hemiller. He graduated from Watertown South Dakota High School in 1964 and moved to Watertown, WI in 1966, where he had been employed at several local business' and factories. Ron married his first wife Cheryl L. Zechzer in 1967. In May of 1987, he married his second wife, Marguerite Maceau. Ron loved his family and their camping trips. In 2001, he retired and worked part time as a security guard at Wis-Pak of Watertown. Ron and Marguerite loved going to Arizona during the winter months. He was an avid Packer, Badger and Brewers fan and in his younger years he refereed flag football and had been a coach and umpire for Little League Baseball. Ron greatest loves in his life were Marguerite, his wife of 29 years and his family, the affection he shared with his dogs and rhubarb pie came in a distant third. Ron is survived by his wife Marguerite, children Robin (Tina Sweeney) Hemiller, Christie Hemiller, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Hemiller, Lisa (John) Braasch, William (Jaime Gwidt) Caudle and Tammera (Toby) Bates, 24 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Marjorie Marihart and Marcia (Stan) Erickson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son James Caudle, a daughter in law Michelle Caudle and a brother in law Tom Marihart. Funeral services will be on Sunday at 2:00 PM at St. Luke's Lutheran Church with Pastors Anthony Schultz and Mark Gartner officiating. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
