Sandra K. Brom

July 22, 1943 — January 2, 2026

Sandra Katherine Brom, 82, of Watertown passed away surrounded by her family at the View in Johnson Creek after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s on January 2nd, 2026.

Sandee was born on July 22nd, 1943, in Watertown, the daughter of Harold and Catherine (Boyum) Wolff. Sandee graduated from Watertown High School in 1961. Sandee began her career path working in her parent’s grocery store, Wolff’s Grocery. Once she graduated from high school she had different careers at Allard Express, Yellow Freight Systems and Farm and Fleet, however her favorite job title has always been mom and grandma. She married Thomas Edward Brom on April 7th, 1984, at Watertown Moravian Church. They shared 32 years together making adventures and memories with their family.

Nothing made our mom happier than making memories with family. Whether that was Sunday dinners at her house making her famous spaghetti or lasagna, decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas, or just sitting on her front porch sharing memories of the past. As much as she loved being a mom, there was nothing she adored more than being a grandma to her grandkids.

Anyone who knew our mom knows that besides her family, Elvis was her next love. You could always count on hearing Elvis playing on her CD player when you walked through her back door. Some people dream of going to faraway places for their dream vacations, but all mom wanted to do was visit Graceland which she did a decade ago. We saw her transport from a 73-year-old woman back to a 16-year-old girl the minute she walked through the gate.

Mom always loved a good craft fair or day of shopping with the girls. You could always count on walking through the door to either a Hallmark Movie or Game Show playing on TV. She also loved reading, especially a good thriller or romance novel.

Sandee is survived by her children Jeffery (Deborah) Parker, Julie Parker, and Tricia (Kenny) Strauss. Grandchildren Courtney (Travis) Peartree, Camren Parker, Caitlyn (Blake) Kumbier, Brianna Raatz, Keegan (Maria) Strauss, and Cole Parker (Grace Bowman). Great Grandchildren Emery Kumbier, Caden Peartree and Kody Strauss as well as other relatives and friends.

Sandee was proceeded in death by her parents (Harold and Catherine Wolff), brother (James Wolff), husband (Thomas Brom) and son (Joel Parker).

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to The View and Rainbow Hospice for their compassionate care of our mom for the past three years.

The family has chosen to have a private service to remember and honor our mom.
