Steven C. Miller

Steven "Steve" Miller passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Steve was born on December 11, 1954, in Watertown, Wisconsin, to Clarence and Dorothy (Baumann) Miller. He graduated from Hustisford High School and earned an associate degree in Diesel Mechanics from Moraine Park Technical College.

Steve began his career in dairy farming before working as a carpenter for Loppnow Builders. He later became the Production Manager at Evald Moulding and eventually retired from Walmart Distribution.

On July 15, 1995, Steve married Cecelia Marinez at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Watertown, Wisconsin. Together they shared 31 years of marriage.

Steve enjoyed spending time outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman, snowmobiler, woodworker, pool player, bowler, and UTV enthusiast. One of his proudest accomplishments was restoring an antique Minneapolis-Moline tractor. He was also a faithful member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. Steve was also a member of Marshview Riders ATV/UTV club of Dodge County.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Cecelia; his children, Dominique (fiancé Connor Sellnow), Steven (DawnMarie), Jerry (Susan), and Tina; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Patti Schweitzer; his mother-in-law, Rosa Marinez; his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Blanca, Peter (Leyda), Rose (Mark), Miguel (Jean), Gloria, and Santos (Bonnie); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Dorothy (Baumann) Miller; his father-in-law, Santos Marinez; and his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home with Rev. James Werner presiding. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 11:00am until the time of service.
